Dust of Snow
‘Dust of snow‘ is a beautiful short poem written by Robert Frost. This poem expresses the significance of small things that can change one’s mood. The poet has mentioned crow and hemlock tree in this poem that are believed to be symbols of bad omen. The poet describes the dark, depressive and bitter side of nature to present his smilar mood but when the crow shook the hemlock tree and show particles fell on the poet, his mood changed suddenly. Through this poem, we get a message that we should hope for the best even in the worst of situations. We must also remember that nature and its objects have the ability to make one happy and come out of hopelessness.
